Tom: Hello bad news……. Today day was going goo, till my son ended up fracturing his wrist playing around with one of his buddies, tell me how does this happen??????????? This stinks for him ,and all of us due to spending most of our time in the ER. I do not like going to those places at all, due to the fact that you spend hours, hours, hours and more hours just sitting there waiting to be seen. A docotr saw him,Xrays were taken, he is currently in a temp cast till futher notice. We will be following up in a few days to his doctor. So sadly to say after all that has gone on, and the day has gone to crap. I have not completed my workout for the day, I am again feeling down from the other night when i was feeling ill. Probably didn’t help me sitting around for hours in a ER. So tonight i’m needing to take this one off cause I do not feel that I can really give it much and I would rather jump back in tommarrow when I can atleast give what I can. Tom: Hey all I got out of work early this morning due to all the snow and ice we are having. So when I got home that morning I went ahead and did my yoga. This was just in time for me to do this cause, my lower body and some areas of my upeer body were feeling sore after a few days have gone by for me. I think this plus series has caught up to me. So doing yoga helped me relax all of it to a smooth state, Yoga was a nice choice for me as I am also feeling sick to my stomach, this morning I was throwing up. I did not feel well at all another reason I left early. So I did do my yoga and after that I went to bed, pretty much stayed in bed all day long. My kids had the day of from school today, snow day for them. They played outside for a few then came in at lunch break, by then I was done with my excercise tired at that point also, I did an alright jo with yoga today. I could have done much better but I am coming down with some nasty sickness, So I going to go back to sleep and try and sleep it off hopefully it doesn’t get worse.

Tom: Hi everyone my butt and legs are a touch sore today from last nights workout. As the day went on it got better though, tonight i went to a christmas play for my kids school program. It was a nice concert we all had a good time. Total body plus was a very hard workout, I did not run out of gas but i found myslef doing less reps so I could make it through this all the way. So of these excercises are hurenduss, there tough as hell. I found myself switching up weights tonight on some of my moves. I felt the need to, my running man, 1/2 dervish, and weighted warrior I switched to 10 lbs which for me was plenty of weight for these moves. all the others I used my 25 lbs. Most of my reps tonight were between 10 reps a piece. The ones like Chuck-ups position1/2/3 I only did 6 reps a pop. There was a couple i did 20 total on my dervish and my 1&1’s during those I managed to just stay and do 10 then 10 . During Mr Moon one of these moves I think stinks due to balancing once you are already fired up from your workout. Then you have to balance yourself and manage to keep turning back to back pretty much a yoga move if you ask me . I only fell out of it twice but thats understandable. Lots of pushups tonight. I am glad I have my power stands for my pushups. NOW if I can only get SANTA CLAUS to buy me those bowflex weights there are all using I will have a very very nice P90X christmas!!!!!! (O__O) It would make my workouts much more nicer for me and not to mention I wouldn’t have a bunch of dumbbells sitting around, The rack that those bowflex weights look real nice. So hopefully I am on the nice list this year for christmas. Ok bye for now see you all later. 3 days into this and already after taking of 2 weeks I feel better again, much more energy I can feel it. Not that I was in a slump or anything like that, but its just nice to be back., Thanks all later’s
Tom: Hello I am excited to be back here. Tonight i am doing interval X and abs/core. I took my time tonight to get the hang of the moves. This is my first week back, and I am taking my time, on that note tonights workout was exhausting. I am pretty sure this was just as tough as Plyometrics. My legs are burnt up, my heart rate was up and during the 3rd sets is when it really is racing, these moves keep your whole body working for the most part so you get an all around body fitness workout. It was the lunges I am sure about is why my legs are feeling the way they do, and the constint knees, kicks, squats. During the last set of kicks I can barley even get my legs up past my wasit line, it was hard BUT I am up for this challenge and again I do plan to bring -it. Once I have done this for a week and I can get back into the grove know the moves, then I can concertrate on really blowing out the walls and raising the roof!!!! Have a great night, I feel exhausted i’m heading out …
Tom: Hey everyone good to see you all back here. Just finished up my 2 week off vacation for the P90X program. Today I started my second round of the P90X. This time around I am doing the P90X Plus. So here it goes right off the rip tonight’s workout was very tough for me, for the most partm a few of the moves are differnet than the P90X classic. Tonight I took it easy though only doing a few reps for my moves as I am just getting use to all the new workouts, and I was checking out the forms so when I did get into it, I could do it properly.Alot of these moves are just crazy, I had a rough time, I took my breaks and towels offs when needed. Drank a few sips extra here and there just to keep up. This P90X plus seems like a real challenge for me, even on my first night back, but I am going to once again BRING-IT…… So stay tuned and follow me again. I am back on my blog for the next 90 days.
