Joe,

Thanks for the support buddy! I have a friend who helps me with the videos, but yeah it's tough to fit it all in but you make it happen. I'm really glad that me and my wife have helped you guys get going with P90X. Our blogs help us stay on course with the system and we really try to give back to all the other P90Xers out there along the way. Hey stop back again sometime to let us know how you guys are doing or if you have any questions we can help you with!

Earle,

Thanks for stopping by! Hey you're based overseas for a year what can you do? It's better that you're doing the P90X then not at all. As Tony says "Do your best and for get the rest!" Sounds like you're making great progress. It's all about sticking with it and keeping bringing it everyday! Stop back again to give me an update.

Wow Tom! I can't tell you how awesome your blog/site is. I just started P90X Classic and my wife is doing the lean version and we are finding your comments (and your wife's) incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for the level of detail and insight the both of you are putting into your posts. The thing that amazes me is how much time the both of you seem to be able to devote to this endeavor. Between your careers, family, social lives, chores etc, how do you find time to fit in all these workouts and be able to post such thorough blogs and shoot/edit such great videos? Whatever the answer, I'm glad you're doing it and I'm sure many other people out there are benefiting from your site as well. Keep up the great work and keep bringin' it!

Tom, great results. I just finished week 3 of the P90X Lean program, and agree with you that getting past the first two weeks is the toughest part. Mentally, you have to really motivate yourself to commit to 1 - 1 1/2 hours per day, but after that it starts to become a routine. Nutrition is essential too. Unfortunately for me, I am based overseas for a year and am in a situation where I have to eat what's available. So, following the nutrition guide to the letter will not be possible for me. However, I do, as much as possible, try to eat as healthy as I can. I realize that my overall results may not be as dramatic as yours or others because of this, but I am determined to stick with the exercise program anyway, because I am seeing some results and am getting stronger. I could barely do one pull-up when I started, and now I can do 5 underhand pull-ups, 4 close grip, and two wide grip pull-ups. That in itself is motivation enough.
