		<description>Hey vincent you will be able to do the P90X Remember you need to start of slow if you have a wrist injury i would suggest you wrap it up and start of slow and bult back up your tolerance for your wrist issue/injury Hey man remember you can and will do your best and forget about the rest (cause the rest you will leave sitting there on the couch while you are getting yourslef X&quot;&quot;&quot;&quot;&quot;&quot;D  Thanks Vicent Also If you have your push up bars Mine are angled for option performance/preference, so baseing off that you could try both ways to see what works best</description>
