Tom: Hey all Total body plus was good for me tonight. I am feeling better, Tonight I really went into my lunges and I used my 25 lbs dumbell’s for my lunge excercises. I kept my numbers the smae for this week also I don’t want to over work my arms during these curl presses. I added 10 lbs to my running mans. My push-ups I was going deep into my form to get max out of them. This is a great workout, I really enjoy doing it. My chuck-ups I kept my umbers ranged at 6 tonight which doesn’t seem like much but it is plenty cause I need to conserve energy. I don’t want to burn out during these excercises so I can make it clean form all the way to the end and complete the + …. I did 10 spiderman jumps tonight and also did the extra the plyometric pushups also I don’t rocket up that high cause when you come down I do not want to put to much strain on my wrists but I do get p off the ground for them. SO thats good when you make it till the end and want to do the extra I say go 4 it cause you have put in the time and effortto do the workout whats a few more minutes. I also kept clean form this week for my Mr. moon I dint fallout of the move at all I kept a firm clean body form so I feel goodabout doing that. Tonight I am going to go to bed early and get so much needed sleep see you all later for yogaX have a great night …

Jeff,Mike and I are on Day 4 Yoga Today!! Some of these plus excercises are ridiculous. I remember that you did not have a pull up bar for the first round….what are you doing for the excercises that involve the pull up bar??? I
I’ll be starting P90X on the 24th but I need some advice. I have a wrist injury that makes it difficult if not imposible to do normal push ups will I be able to do P90X?
Hey vincent you will be able to do the P90X Remember you need to start of slow if you have a wrist injury i would suggest you wrap it up and start of slow and bult back up your tolerance for your wrist issue/injury Hey man remember you can and will do your best and forget about the rest (cause the rest you will leave sitting there on the couch while you are getting yourslef X”"”"”"D Thanks Vicent Also If you have your push up bars Mine are angled for option performance/preference, so baseing off that you could try both ways to see what works best
