Hello after the first week went by it was a tough week for me but Im back in the mix of things tonights workout was slighty easier for me today cause I know the moves now and I getting there on cleaning up my form cause I dont have to keep watching how they are doing these moves. I kept me numbers the same as far as reps go, and I worked on getting max cleaness out of it all I am using my bands for the pullups still I have not yet decided on a chin up bar cause I am afraid of ripping down my walls since I live in a double wide and the material that the walls around the door are made of aren’t all that steardy so I really have been pulling hard and holding them. However I am waiting on my double holder for the bands so I can use 2 bands in each holder allowing me to gain some more weight in the bands excercises. With 2 bands in there it should be much more effective. Without being able to actually do my chin ups and pullups I also loose out on lifting up mt knees and doing the L lift up for my legs to get at an L shape angle. I am still getting use to the abs section though these ab moves are much harder thean the regular Ab ripper X. If I had my wy I would rename them to be Ab ripper plus Xtreme cause when you finish up this excercise you do feel Xtreme. My eating habits are still very good I am currently folling the meals plans snacks. I am still eating my P90X protein bars and cranking back on a recovery drink here and there. It is hard with the holiday coming cause at my work people have been bringing in cokkies treats etc so it has been hard to resist them but I have had a few. I don’t feel that guilty about it though cause when I get home at night I workout so it’s not that bad plus I am not stuffing my face eather so thats a PLUS…. alright see you guys later and have a great day.
