Tom: HEY all merry christmas and have a great one Im coming back on monday and I am starting up 90 days of classic the plus just isn’t for me right at this time due to me not being able to use a pull up bar at this time perhaps I’ll do plus in the future when i can aquire a pull up bar … I’ll see you all next week have a safe and happy holiday and be well till then When I come back I’ll be bringing another 90 days of classic Px90. Tom: It was nice to take my day off I needed it. Today I had to shovel snow. Its snowing real bad out I even got the neighbors kids to help me shovel out the driveway. A work today I went in and there was no power, it did not come till around 10ish or so. We pretty much hung around in the dark, other than the light that comes in through the garage door windows. Still very dark though, didn’t really do much of anything today. One job I did have was a broken wiper arm and blade. You all know those select few whp like to start there car and think that there wiperblades are going to clear off ice and snow packed into the windshield >>>> (OPPS) ITS SNAPPED WELL WHAT DID YOU EXCEPT??? O and I had an oil change to go along with that. A day wasted in the dirt as I would phrase it. My workout tonight was good, I got in alot of shoveling today so thats a pretty good workout in its own. I stuck with my 5 lbs dumbells during Fly blasters, 2 directional circle flys warrior swims and shoulder everything’s Went on to using my 25 lbs for all my others I can really feel these 25 lbs when I am working out during my excercises this weight is the correct weight for me cause 8 -10 reps is all I need to get in a great rep sets. Bye the time I reach my numbers I am feeling it. Its a muscle builder for me I really like using a weight that I know is working me out at the level were I ned to be. I am starting to get the hang of Ab core, still for me though I do have a small struggle towards the end its right between mixed bike and X crunch is were I start to slow down taking my needed breaks inbetween moves. Tom: Goodday all. Today was a slow day for me at work, didn’t get much done at all. We are slowing right down cause christmas is almost here. Everyone is spending money on packages,boxes, and bags!!!!! No money invested into there car though. Tonight My family and I had a crock pot pot roast, carrots, onion, potatoes, and mushrooms. I have still been doing good on drinking water. I have limited myself to have only 1 or 2 diet cokes during the week, just a bottle from the vending machine. Yoga this week was alright, When you are doing the warriors, I do the pushup in between it helps me feel like I am just giving it that tiny extra push to motivate me during the yoga. I am getting to be more flexible in my leg area in crouching, and squiting, I believe this is from doing yoga in the P90X program. I actually feel the differnce my legs can open up much more than my first coulpe of weeks of yoga. I must say yoga has helped me. My cruchies and wierd funny noises in my body like places in my knees is starting to deminish and go away. For all I know I am 3 months 2 weeks into the P90X perhaps after a second round I’ll be able to almost go into a full blown squat. Also my legs may be able to get real close to a very very straight leg without it buckling. Well thanks everyone. As far as I am doing for the week I am thinking I my be changing it up and going back to the P90X classic. I do not have a pull up bar as I have mentioned before I live in a double wide so the material for the walls will not be bale to hold a pull up bar so it leaves me just using the bands. Which I know I am not getting the Xtremness of the X so its something i have to make a choice and I need to make it real soon cause I really want to Bring-It
Tom: Hey all Total body plus was good for me tonight. I am feeling better, Tonight I really went into my lunges and I used my 25 lbs dumbell’s for my lunge excercises. I kept my numbers the smae for this week also I don’t want to over work my arms during these curl presses. I added 10 lbs to my running mans. My push-ups I was going deep into my form to get max out of them. This is a great workout, I really enjoy doing it. My chuck-ups I kept my umbers ranged at 6 tonight which doesn’t seem like much but it is plenty cause I need to conserve energy. I don’t want to burn out during these excercises so I can make it clean form all the way to the end and complete the + …. I did 10 spiderman jumps tonight and also did the extra the plyometric pushups also I don’t rocket up that high cause when you come down I do not want to put to much strain on my wrists but I do get p off the ground for them. SO thats good when you make it till the end and want to do the extra I say go 4 it cause you have put in the time and effortto do the workout whats a few more minutes. I also kept clean form this week for my Mr. moon I dint fallout of the move at all I kept a firm clean body form so I feel goodabout doing that. Tonight I am going to go to bed early and get so much needed sleep see you all later for yogaX have a great night …
Tom: Hi all Interval X was tough for me tonight. I am catching my bug I had a few days ago were in that time I spent the day sleeping and in bed. I did complete my workout tonight. Heading into this crap weather it has been strenoius for me I just can’t seem to shake this feeling out of me. I really should go see my doctor and or scedual an appt to get checked out. On the other hand I am doing the p90X Plus so I should be able to get past all of this. My last round of my 90 days I dont or can’t remember even getting sick cause I was doing every thing the right way the way to life in gereral. Eating correctly and getting in your workout will make your body just plan ol”’ fel fantastic. I recommend to all of you who have looked into tis to just go ahead go to the site posted up were I get al my stuff from and order the P90X. Just get the program that works for you. With that being said I need to go play my video game WOW and grab a captian morgans and ginger ale so have a great night. As I am doing the P90X plus all I can say for me anyhow its very tough, but in time my body wil get back in the mix of things Ill get the hang off all these new moves and then I can just plan ol” KILL THIS WOROUT!!!!!!!!! BRING-IT BRING-IT~!!!!!~~~!!!!
Hello after the first week went by it was a tough week for me but Im back in the mix of things tonights workout was slighty easier for me today cause I know the moves now and I getting there on cleaning up my form cause I dont have to keep watching how they are doing these moves. I kept me numbers the same as far as reps go, and I worked on getting max cleaness out of it all I am using my bands for the pullups still I have not yet decided on a chin up bar cause I am afraid of ripping down my walls since I live in a double wide and the material that the walls around the door are made of aren’t all that steardy so I really have been pulling hard and holding them. However I am waiting on my double holder for the bands so I can use 2 bands in each holder allowing me to gain some more weight in the bands excercises. With 2 bands in there it should be much more effective. Without being able to actually do my chin ups and pullups I also loose out on lifting up mt knees and doing the L lift up for my legs to get at an L shape angle. I am still getting use to the abs section though these ab moves are much harder thean the regular Ab ripper X. If I had my wy I would rename them to be Ab ripper plus Xtreme cause when you finish up this excercise you do feel Xtreme. My eating habits are still very good I am currently folling the meals plans snacks. I am still eating my P90X protein bars and cranking back on a recovery drink here and there. It is hard with the holiday coming cause at my work people have been bringing in cokkies treats etc so it has been hard to resist them but I have had a few. I don’t feel that guilty about it though cause when I get home at night I workout so it’s not that bad plus I am not stuffing my face eather so thats a PLUS…. alright see you guys later and have a great day.
Tom: good day folks kenpo cardio beginning was just like doing yoga during the warm up afterwards i found out the hard way that this workout was not going to let your body slow down at all this workout was a bringer Wowers I was throwing punches blocking and kicking all in 1 shot frame then repeating it all over again. This workout is a real sweat breaker. If you have done this workout ever you will know that it is a hard one to keep up the fast pace switching and turning, remember get your body involved don’t just sit there swing those hips and body parts. Keep your feet moving and keep ever part in your body active during this. I equipted myself with the beachbody hand weights to add a lilttle something extra which helped me out alot during the blocks and punches. Believe it or not adding weight does help if your looking to get a boost. These excercises are very fast paced you made need to add just a slip of recovery drink into your drinking water to keep up the motivation. I made it right through and I think this is a fantastic workout. I had also put in some slayer from the 80’s thats right some 80’s speed metal. If anyone doen’t now what slayer sounds like look it up on the internet. For me it helps me workout and really F-n bring it !!!!!!!!!! With week 1 done, I am already getting back into the P90X life style. FOr those of you who don’t now what that means as I have stated in the past.
