Day 90 of P90X has come!!!!My breakfast this morning was a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter, a glass of milk and a coffee black. My A.M snack was a recovery drink, man have these recovery drinks have really helped me get through this program. The recovery drink is what you need to get on with a full blow workout like P90X. I did my yoga x today earlier in the day. Yoga for me is still a challege even on day 90, Yoga has helped me out thought alot as far as bending, streaching, flexibility. Today I actually fell out of a couple of my balance postures but quickly recovered from them. Not sure if it had to do with just working out before lunch or not. I did however do very well today on keeping my form focused with nice clean form. Yoga has taught me that even if you are not so flexible there is always room for change. Thats what this P90X has done for me, it has changed me into the best shape I have ever and I mean ever been in. Yoga is a wonderful way to start out your day, when you really focus on doing these moves and keeping good form your ody will just allow it to help you get through it at all times. Again today I also had a couple of times when I had to shack out my wrists cause some of these moves do put a small strain on certain joints depending on how you apply your form. For me I’m not an expert, or a trainer on yoga, but I do try to get the most out of it. I will say this Today was a nice yoga day to end my experience of my P90X program. I have really got alot out of this program. Try to stay in any workout or eating fitness guide for 90 days, it for me was quite a challenege. I have over come all odds I have went to the full limits of the P90X. After all this I am going to start up another 90 days very soon. I was going to wait until after the new year to start up again, but from thanksgiving to christmas thats when people who ever you are will eat eat eat. So with that being said I am not going to loose what I have made. Not me not I, I will jump back in this P90X in a few more weeks. I would like to thank my family first and for most for all the support. My wife who has given me all she has to give as far as helping me and sticking by my side, showing me love and support thanks snuggles!!! My kids for supporting me and going to bed on time so I had time to get in my workouts, so I could have recap videos for the nation to see. Also with that I could have much more concentration and be able to really BRING IT. Thanks to all my fans and followers for sticking with me you to have also helped me along my path to P90X success! Feed back is very nice to have so you don not feel like you are out here all alone, Thanks. I have completed the P90X I will be posting up a P90X results video and more pics soon so stay tuned. —- THANKS EVERYONE SINCERELY P90X GRAD TOM till next time be well <<<<<<<<< BRING IT>>>>>>>>>

Congratulations Tom –
My wife and I just started p90x last week and came across your blog, pictures, & videos. You did a great job with everything and we are motivated to Bring It because it’s good to see someone outside of the published videos documenting from beginning to end.
The videos are priceless with the audio involved. My favorite is watching your buddies jumping in while on your fishing trip & vacationing with friends. You could give Tony a run for his money.
Great Job All Around. We have 1 more day of week 1 and it’s great. All the best for continued success.
Todd
Great job, man! Do you ever plan on moving on to P90X+?
Congrats!!! You made it. As always, you are the much needed inspiration. I started week 11 today – been a bit less dedicated lately, but with the holidays arriving, time to kick it up a notch. Good luck with the second round.

Tom,
You have definately inspired me to get going on this and stick with it. I am just finishing my third week, going into recovery week. I already feel better, and can’t wait to move on to phase two! Congrats on completing it, and will be watching for round two!
Best regards,
Byron
Hey I just recentely graduated from a federal law enforcement training center where before the academy and during the academy I lost a total of about 70 pounds. I currentely use kettlebells to work out with, but since I have been working midnights i have some free time on my nights off and the tv had this info commmercial on P90X. It almost sounds to good to be true. I way about 205 pounds and I am in decent shape now. I have had 3 knee surgerys and am worried about the jumping around on the knees. Is it really that high impact on your knees?
I have started and stopped this program a number of times. I always felt like I’m not pushing hard enough and I get discouraged easily. Reading about your struggles with P90X has helped me see things differently. I’m going to give it another try and hopefuly by reading what you’ve done will keep me motivated. Oh yeah, congrats on your accomplishment and good luck staying with it.
Best Regards,
Tracy
Byron, thanks for stopping by I glad I could help get you into P90X. It’s an awesome system and YES I will be moving on to round 2 soon!!!!
Eric,
Well P90X is definitely not too good to be true it works, just look at my before and after pics!!! Plyometrics is a great workout but it will have you jumping around. You always have to do what you can. No reason to not take on P90X though! If you can only do little hops, thats ok, or if you find that you can only do certain parts of Plyo and not others due to pain in the knees that’s ok too. I think you will still get great results if you work hard with it and just make sure you dont do anything that would hurt you. Hey did you know that that one of the guys in the P90X videos that is there with Tony Horton actually has a prosthetic leg!!! He’s doing it. There are a couple moves he couldn’t do but hey he’s BRINGING IT!!!!
great job ,well Im getting my p90x next week, I cant wait, but should do the second round of p90x with weights, like when u do the sit ups , you should have a weight plate to ur chest, you would see faster and better results…..I think….well experiment
Hi,
I am interested in doing the p90x. However, I am 46 years old and work out some but not alot. Over the last 5 months I have been working night shifts and my exercise and eating habits are off.
I guess my biggest concern is that I have never, ever been able to do a pull up . Even during those President’s Fitness test in gym in elementary school. Is there getting past the pull up bar or some adaptations?
Thanks Jennifer
Hi,
Tom i have to say that your blog has made me a believer. I have always been skeptical about the workout plans and everything. And i do read the success stories and what not but it still doesn’t get me hooked. However, I have been keeping my eye on this program and I did end up buying it. It’s arrive and im ready to start this bad boy. but im still waiting on the recovery drink, resist. bands, pull-up bar, push-up stands, and the protein bars to come in. But I’m using this time wisely and started taking all this junk food out of my life. My roommate hates it’s cause there’s not but healthy items in the pantry now.
You blog has really showed that this program isn’t another program that promises weight loss in 30 days. Everyday that you post i noticed something different in your picture. Everyday you’ve become more ripped. I noticed your results on day 7!
I just would like to say congrats on making it on day 90 and not quitting and thanks for helping me believe i can get into shape. You blog should be put on the P90X website as a success story. It’s the only on that has proof this program works. Keep up the amazing work. And have fun with round 2!!!!
thanks,
Andre
Hey Andre,
Thanks for all the great feedback! P90X is the best and there is no way you can’t get results working this hard! Sorry for your roomate, but in the long run they’ll be thanking you as all that crap is just plain BAD for you! Good luck buddy and stop back in to let me know how you’re doing.
I just started day one and I found your site to be really inspirational. I’m not sure what i’m getting myself into or if I’ll keep it up, but I’ll do my best to do it every day. the toughest part will be the diet I think. Did it help much to have a blog to reflect every day?
Hey Joel,
I have to tell you that having a blog is a great way to not only help other P90Xers out there but to also keep yourself on track. By posting in my blog everyday it helps to make sure you stick with it and it’s really great to have the support of others out there. Good luck with P90X it’s a great program!
Thanks. You da’ man!
Hi,
From the looks of your pics, we have basically the same build (day1) I was wondering about the supplements? I am starting my program on the first, and have purchased the mulit-vitamins, protein, creatine, and protein bars. Are there any other that would be beneficial? Also, I plan on sticking with the diet, but Im not going to ask my wife to prepare a different meal in the evenings. Are there any foods that you would absolutely stay away from?
You blog is wonderful! I started P90X a week ago. My brother got the set about a year ago, did Day 1 and quit! He gave me the set and I am loving it! Lost 5 pounds the first week! Having high blood pressure and blood sugar issues and am trying to lose weight to get rid of it. BUT, my brother had tossed all paperwork to go with. He did type up his 90 day schedule and gave that to me, but everything else is gone…except for the DVD’s. Do you know where I can get a copy of the nutrition guide? I noticed you refer to it several times. I feel like I am fumbling with my food and need something to help me figure out what is the right things to eat. THANK YOU!
Hey Tom,
How much weight did you lose?
Great Job…but how come u didnt shave?!?!?!
I am interested in purchasing the P90X. It looks awesome! Did you get results from just doing the video and diet or do you have to take supplements, also? If so,what do you take?
congrats in your work out now I’ve seen the result that it’s very successful and effective work out. lol I wish I wouldn’t hurt my knee pain in that kind of great work out.
Great job on the hard work. I recently started my own 90 day review a pic everyday will be posted. Plus the catch is I have a very thin frame “skinny” if I must say. I’m not in it to lose weight but as an experiment for those slim people that was thinking about trying p90x.
