Seriously this place looks lovely and the video was fun to watch. I think it sends a great example that even when you are on vacation the workouts dont have to stop and they can be part of the fun. I think its great that you grab friends and family and make them part of it as well.
Im still bringing it…congrats on staying with it and cheering the rest of us on.
I think its awesome that you can show that no matter how hard you’re working out, you can still let loose and have a good time. too much stigma about working out and being healthy 24/7. Nice to see you and the wife haveing such great results, and still drinking and hanging out with the friends.
