Hello this morings breakfast was a protein shake I had ice, milk, berries, banana, protein powder, and a coffee black. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. For lunch today I had a salad chicken wrap, with grapes, a glass of cranberry/grape juice. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar, I ate it pretty late today wasn’t paying any attention to the time. My dinner was Vegatable soup with whole wheat crackers, and a slice of whole wheat bread with butter smart balance. My drink with dinner tonight was a glass of water. Kempo X was a nice way to finish off the week. My body was feeling up for the workout. Durning my blocking and punching I used my wife’s 3 lb mini dumbbells WOOO  what a difference. This is not just blocking now or just throwing your own punch. This way of modifying it really puts it out there. By the end of this workout my arms were toasty, plus my core cause when you are in your stance you use your body to keep a clean form when blocking and punching,but it felt great. Durning all these months of working out I have been trying out different ways to find whats good for me with P90X. Also what is comfortable you want to get whats the best for you and your body to do as much as you can. This was a huge change for me tonight but I figured why not right? If I can throw puches and blocks (why not add just a tiny bit of weight to put behind it). Alright its time for me to go. I’m heading out to watch a show on T.V with my wife. After that if I’m not sleepy I may go play WOW for awhile Well see later everyone.

    hello,
    I have just gotten back from my third deployment to iraq and i was given the p90x as a gift. Problem is that it was sent to me and i wasnt able to use in country. to make a long story short i will be starting today and all i have are the videos somewhere between california and iraq i lost everything if possible could you give me some help on the diet phase thank you and i think your progress is good.

    Hey Jason,

    P90X is a great program, I’m happy you stopped by and to hear that you are starting P90X! I wish I could help you with the Nutrition Guide more but it’s a pretty involved plan over 13 weeks with different meal recommendations. One thing is that you eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. If you contact the place where you purchased it I’m sure they could send you out the guide….
