P90X Graduate!!!!!!

P90X Day 90
Day 90 of P90X has come!!!!My breakfast this morning was a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter, a glass of milk and a coffee black. My A.M snack was a recovery drink, man have these recovery drinks have really helped me get through this program. The recovery drink is what you need to get on with a full blow workout like P90X. I did my yoga x today earlier in the day. Yoga for me is still a challege even on day 90, Yoga has helped me out thought alot as far as bending, streaching, flexibility. Today I actually fell out of a couple of my balance postures but quickly recovered from them. Not sure if it had to do with just working out before lunch or not. I did however do very well today on keeping my form focused with nice clean form. Yoga has taught me that even if you are not so flexible there is always room for change. Thats what this P90X has done for me, it has changed me into the best shape I have ever and I mean ever been in. Yoga is a wonderful way to start out your day, when you really focus on doing these moves and keeping good form your ody will just allow it to help you get through it at all times. Again today I also had a couple of times when I had to shack out my wrists cause some of these moves do put a small strain on certain joints depending on how you apply your form. For me I’m not an expert, or a trainer on yoga, but I do try to get the most out of it. I will say this Today was a nice yoga day to end my experience of my P90X program. I have really got alot out of this program. Try to stay in any workout or eating fitness guide for 90 days, it for me was quite a challenege. I have over come all odds I have went to the full limits of the P90X. After all this I am going to start up another 90 days very soon. I was going to wait until after the new year to start up again, but from thanksgiving to christmas thats when people who ever you are will eat eat eat. So with that being said I am not going to loose what I have made. Not me not I, I will jump back in this P90X in a few more weeks. I would like to thank my family first and for most for all the support. My wife who has given me all she has to give as far as helping me and sticking by my side, showing me love and support thanks snuggles!!! My kids for supporting me and going to bed on time so I had time to get in my workouts, so I could have recap videos for the nation to see. Also with that I could have much more concentration and be able to really BRING IT. Thanks to all my fans and followers for sticking with me you to have also helped me along my path to P90X success! Feed back is very nice to have so you don not feel like you are out here all alone, Thanks. P90X Day 89
Happy friday all… This morning for my breakfast I had 2 whole wheat waffles a glass of milk and a coffee black. It was freezing out this morning I was cold, how about yourself?? My A.M snack was a recovery drink. My lunch was left over turkey with spagetti, I had water to drink for lunch and I had a apple sauce cup. My P.M snack was 8 whole wheat crackers with low fat cheese slices. My day at work was alright and I mean just alright I only flagged 5 hours today but left right around 4:30 today. I had to put Power streeing lines in a jeep liberty, oil changes, tire rotations, Pre delivery inspections, regular inspections, I also had time towards the end of the day to take 1 more of my diesel pre test passed that 1 with a 90%……, so 1 more to go before the final. Other than that just glad its frida and I can go home to relax for the weekend. My dinner tonight was a skillet meal rice, brocilli, green beans, pinapple, chicken. I had a glass of milk for dinner tonight. I had a sourdough pretzal for my dessert. Tonights P90X Routine was very tough, I was doing my very best too, but it seemed to put a number on my body, I think once I started to do the jail house pushups as tony calls them , it really hit me I started sweating like crazy, tonights workout gives your body an all work body energizer, engauging these muscles is a great way to let your body become even better at holding your excercises. As a unit thats right UNIT I am feeling it tonight in my stomach a slight touch from those boats, banana, and supermans. Although I did do them all that rolling back and forth was tough and then to keep engauged after the move. Another one that was a real grabber for me tonight was the lunge,curl, press, my lunges were good after a few my weights that I was using weights seems just a touch to much, but I finished up with them cause with those 10 lbs I was feeling it in my body. This workout is a very similar workout to some of the excercises you find in Yoga X and Stretch X. I think this is the more advanced training excercise out of all 3 though. It is much more harder when you are adding the weights. I made the choice to add the weights and go more advanced. Everone have a good night thanks!!!!!!!! be well

P90X Day 88
Hey all just a few more days left till day 90!!!!!!! P 90 X Me!!!!!!!!!!! I was running late this morning, I got out the door just on time though. My breakfast was on the run coffe black, I put some Clusters, raisens, oats cereal into a sandwich baggie and ate in my car on the way into work. I drove in on empty cause I had no time to stop for gas, esp at Stewart’s. Thats the only gas station that I can stop in at from my home to work travel. Everyone knows how that can go in the morning with all the people who go to that store in the morning, nevermind the people who need coffee and lotto tickets, and all the people who have left there cars/trucks/suvs at the pump while they sit in there an BS. I just need some gas but I made the right choice to not stop in there. I made it to work anyway I didn’t run out at work I did inspection’s all day I did a 16 spark plug hemi tune-up thats rigth 16 spark plugs, undercoating /rustproofing, running boards chorme tube application, oil changes, tire rotations. I also got 1 more test done for my diesel training course. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My P.M.snack was carrot sticks, cheese string. For dinner tonight I had spagetti, with ground turkey in sauce onion, tomato, mushroom, in the sauce also I had 2 glasses of milk. After dinner we all played star wars action figures galatic heroes with vehicle support attack units. When that was done I read to the kids a book before bead time. Tonight was stretch X for me, I my point of view its like doing a small amount of yoga almost alot of the moves from yoga X are in this workout. Its a really good way to work on flexibility. The cat position were you face your wrists backwards was a bit intense for me cause my wrists don’t really move that way so I did not rock very hard at all during that cause I could feel a bit of a tweak. It did however make my back feel wonderful after that, X stretch is great. My legs feel good tonight after working on my hamstrings. Again my legs will not really bend to a perfect, perfect straightness but trust me I can feel it plenty on my muscles when I apply those leg move excercises. Arm circles is probably the most intense for me, I did them well with no break at all, note to all here so listen up just keep breathing when the burns comes to your arms esp in the shoulder area, if you are not felling these you must not be doing them right or something like that. I learned to just keep up a good strong breath during my arms circles. My neck rolls I really love the neck rolls during the rolls you can feel all sorts of stuff cruching back and forth for me it feels great. On a more personal note just about every 5 minutes or so during this workout I kept farting alot, Im not trying to be gross or disgusting, but when you are doing these postures and moves you twist up and turn and moving around, so for me anyhow I blow out some steam if you know what I mean! Thats great cause after, you’re ready to work more. Now that you have released you let out the garbage to keep a clean head to keep going, to stay focused on the workout. Cause you need this to do your best and stick with it to give it all you have. I like doing the cat stretch if you time your intake breath with the motion of your form you can really feel a difference its like you are breathing even more so than a usuall its a great feeling. Listen and follow these excercises the best you can. You will really start to get in better shape and be able to move easier. This is a great workout. Everyone who is doing or is thinking about doing P90X, this may not seem as extreme as the other workouts but you will really benifit from it, so get off your couch and stretch! Just think about it, really think how many nights do you sit on your butt and do nothing for hours except get out of shape. P90X will do more for you than you can all imagine get out here and join in the fun of getting in shape and getting your excercise!!!!!
