
P90X Day 59
Hello my breakfast this morning was 2 whole wheat waffles and tea no coffee for me this morning I ran out of filters. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch was a whole wheat wrap with chicken , lettuce, and spinach with a glass of water. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. My day at work was slow again didn’t do much today other than a few hours worth of work, which is hardly worth the time I out in. Its slow season now so we ar struggling to make hours. My dinner tonight was mashed potatoes, green beans, and chicken breast with water. After dinner my family and I played the DVD game Disneys Scene its that was a cool game of course the kids both won the game. I did do good though I answered a few of my questions correctly and I won a few pick the charaters of the movies. All and all its a great way to have family night and to have some quality time with the family. My P90X workout tonight went well I used the 25lbs dumbells for my excercises. 8-10 reps each a few of them like the reverse ones I used the 10lbs dumbells to keep my clean form. The 25 lbs are to much weight to keep a clean form even when you are doing 8-10 a pop. I feel it in this workout after about 30 minutes or so were my arms start getting tired but I continue with clean form from the start to finish. My upright rows are great I’m getting my elbows way up and holding at the top so I can get as much out of it as I can. My static arm curls are good after 16 times of holding the one side weight at your side then pumping up on the other I keep my arm as firm as I can so my weight doesn’t sink down Keep the from everyone you will feel it. Ab ripper X was good I did 100 extra situps last night after the workout was done. My ab’s are nice and toasty after that. I feel great in my ab section. I can really feel the burn after this. I’m heading out see you all be well till then….

P90X Day 58
Hello this morning was my son’s birthday we all got up and had scrambled eggs and toast for his birthday breakfast. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. My day at work was vsry slow again not to much happening there today except cold, wet, rain. I started another training disc so i can make up for the missing hours that has been happening as of lately. My lunch was whole wheat noddles with a few spoon fulls of chili more or less leftovers for my lunch. Its not on the plain for today lunch, but I don’t like to waste food so that’s what I ate today, and glass of water. My afternoon snack was a apple with some raisens. For dinner tonight we took my son to friendlys to celebrate his birthday he’s 5 today!!!! I had a BBQ chicken melt, diet coke, and an ice cream. I don’t feel bad for eating it all cause I did my plyometrics tonight so I’m sure i burnt of most of it anyhow. I waited a few extra minutes tonight to get in a few extra minutes of streching before I got into the jumping. My legs feel good tonight not kinked up or anything. My legs feel good not real tinglee. I’m improving on alot since I have been doing jump training, my body is getting to be better at moving around a fast pace when excersing. This is a great workout !!!!!

P90X Day 57
< Frost this morning > I had to go outside and scrap off my windshield and all windows due to heavy frost also needed to put the heater controls to max to help the process. Saftey First Everone. My breakfast was two pieces of Fruit bread a glass of milk, and a coffie black. My A.M snack was a recovery drink which came right in time after sitting around all morning waiting for jobs to sell, and just plain waitng for more / othwer work to come in. We have really slowed down, work is starting to fall in numbers of people wanted to get there cars fixed lately. My P.M snack was almonds, almonds leave my mouth real dry, I need a lot of water to get them all down. Dinner tonight was whole wheat noddles with spagetti sauce. After dinner I played my game W.O.W its halloween in the game and one of the daily quests is to take out the headless horsemen. It’s a great daily to run he drops purple armor, weapons, and flying mounts, your in a group of 5 so mostly its of a roll to see who wins it. I have do this now for the past couple of days. So now I have them all well atlest the ones I wanted to get. Phase 3 I made it to phase 3 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lets party lol just kidding let me get through this next phase and I’ll be the ripped king like jason on ab ripper X On of tonys funny coments during ab ripper I’m sure you all rember that phrase. I though it was great me and my son always call eachother the ripped kings when we are working out he does join me once in a great while. Hes only 5 hes just having some fun>>> for phase three I am starting the week of with chest and back, since doing the P90X program most if not all my back pain is gone. Thats the truth my back is stronger than ever!!! I learned how to do all these great excercises from this program P90X. My chest feels solid, alot more firm than from before i started all of this. Abripper X as always brings what you have left for the night right to your mat I highly recommend you are using on for your ab excercies I do, I also use it for much more than that also even softer surface to work with. Why fight it when you can just bring it. I am glad I have made it this far and I will finish.!!!!!!! I am ready for this week I may even break out my black band for my door band starting on wednesday for shoulders and arms. I feel capable and able to do this Add just a touch more weight and see how it goes. Welcome to phase 3!!!!!!!!!!!!

P90X Day 56
Hello folks I woke up hung over from my cousins wedding last night. I drank lots of samuel adams last night and got real tanked!!!! LOL I woke up this morning and my wife and I went to I.O.P for breakfast I had a coffie black a large glass of orange juice 2 pancakes, 2 bacons, 2 scrambled eggs, and hash brown A monster breakfast for a monster hangover. When we got home I spent hours cleaning the house with my family we all chipped in to get the house cleaned up. For lunch I had a turkey spianch leafs mustard and low fat mayo on whole wheat bread with a glass of water and some carrotsticks with lite ranch dressing. While we were all cleaning up the house we also had on a DVD Star Wars return of the jedi. thats a classic I atleast think so. I have been promising my son that we would watch it this weekend so we did just that. My afternoon snack was a gronola bar. I have also been drinking water all day long to recover myself for being so wasted last night. So water is helping me get back together. Dinner for me tonight was chilli my wifes homemade chilli!!!!! with whole wheat noodles and a glass of milk. Kempo X was fun I like doing kempo it is a blast to keep your body inmotion. Again for my knee to back kick I did not place my foot on the ground, I kept the full swing inmotion without touching down. Punches, kicks and blocks is just what you need if you do these your body keeps moving and doesn’t shut down on you. Keep the motion and you will be burning major calories why not just keep punching after the 100 punches like I did tonight. Tonight after alot of my moves and steps i just kept going till the next one hit. I did yeal or scream though tonight my kids are sleeping and I dont want to wake them up cause it is a school night for them. I am glad the weekend is over and I can start fresh on Monday See you all then for Phase 3 of the P90X classic. Opps sorry everyone I was suppose to do the recovery week I did not read my guide properly. Well I still did my workouts what more can I say I appogize to all of you SORRY Sincerely TOM

P90X Day 55
Hi everyone welcome to the weekend how are you all? Hopefully making it happen with P90X!!!! My breakfast today was whole wheat english muffin plain with coffie black. I had to work this morning from 8:00 to 1:00, that stunk all I did was Oil changes and a few tire rotations. I did however grab a A.M snack while I was at work a P90X protein bar!!! When I came home from work I had a Chicken, rice, vegatable lean cuisean with a glass of milk. Legs and back went well for me. I used my blue bands again for all my pullups. The blue band is nice I like the results the band gives when you are in your hold position. Its the rite amount of weight for my class. During the chalf raises I was using my 25 lbs dumbbells by the last toe in reps the bottom half of my legs were on fire. To top it all off my DVD skipped back to the beginning what a bummer, likely I now what to do and how it finishes so when I finished I went over to find my spot again damn thing….. One legged wall squats wer eno fun eather I took a few breaks in between them. Those leave your legs shakee also. I had a very nice going workout, I did very well on my forms. Abripper X I always take breaks during Fiffer scissors my legs just can’t hold that position, one of these days I’m going to get it though without taking breaks. I have mentioned during past blogs about beeing worn out during the workout before it even goes into abripperx. Just keep inmind breaking can be very well needed when you work hard don’t be down about it . Break clear mind and go 4 it!!!!! have a nice day….

P90X Day 54
hello everyone happy friday once again. This morning for my breakfast I had 2 whole wheat waffles and 2 spoons of surup, with aglass of skim milk, and a coffie black. My A.M snack was a P90X protein bar. These protein bars really pack a power packtee punch right across the energized body. Try one today you will enjoy it and you will go back for more I DO!!! there a great source of protein and a healthy choice for the P90X. My lunch today was left over hambuger helper with mixed vegatables. My day at work is going so slow today there hardly any work to do at all just a couple of L.O.F’s Lube, Oil, Filter, don’t forget to check fluids and set tire pressure’s. If you don’t I dont care My number is not on your Repair Order. But the customer will so you better do your job to max, and remember no one AND I MEAN NO ONE LIKES TO BE SHORT CHANGED. If you pay for a service you expect to get that service don’t you???? Yes you do, so you better BRING IT TO THE TABLE and face the product properly. That’s 5 STAR RATING !!!! My P.M. snack was a sourdough pretzel. Tonight for dinner My family and I went to Rubeytuesdays. I got a 32 oz of Samuel Adams Octoberfest, a turkey burger with lettuce, onion, tomato,bacon, and dressing with fries, I also had a large salad from the salad bar, with lite ranch dressing. After that we all got our hair cuts at the mall. Saturay is my cousins wedding so we all need too clean up before we go. After that my son got a Darth Vadar action figure from the toy store. He was hapy about that!!!!! Something, Something, Something Darkside. Something, Something, Something USE THE FORCE !!!!!!!O__O LOL. Yoga tonight for me was a just alright. My left wrist was starting up on me again when i was doing my chaterangas so i had to majorly motify them everytime i went down to that position i had to let go cause of my wrist it kept binding up on me. I enjoyed all the warriors tonight and the streching part with the legs some of my streches are getting a weee bit better. My YOGA BLOCK came in handy for me to tonight on some of my harder streches like the cresent pose, traingle pose. My balance posture is getting stronger my build is much better than 2 months ago, so I can really see yoga does help in ways for your body as a whole to move forward, and or to become more flexable. I started tonights workout at 9:OO so I didnt finish until 10:30. For me its late and I need to tighten up a few loose ends before bed time. Enjoy your night and have a great 1 be well…..

P90X Day 53
Hello everyone I enjoyed my light off. My breakfast today was a protien shake. Protein powder, milk, banana, mixed berries and ice. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My day went well at work I had a brake job. Some oil changes and tire rotations. I passed one of my online courses for training. That was great cause I got payed to do the training online form my bay at work. Today was a good day for me. My lunch was a turkey breat sandwich with salad, spinach, low fat mayo and mustard. My P.M snack was a low fat yogart and a granola bar. My last part of the day I did tie rods on a truck with a front end alignment. Oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I also started another on line training course to go through the study guide to get ready for my next test. My dinner tonight was left over vegatable soup, with a saranac pale ale. My legs are feeling a tiny bit sore from plyometrics even after a day off. My body is ready and willing to go the extra steps that the P90X program allows you to, and I allow myself to work very hard at doing this. Tonight I am still currently on my blue band for my door excercises. Wide pullups, switch grip, corn cob, what a funny name corn cob*** towel pullups, max pullups tonight my max number was 18 total. All of my curls i am using my 25lbs dumbbells. The onlt time tonight i used the 10 lbs dumbells were for the crouch curls and for my last 2 strip set curls the 1st 2 strip set curls i did the 25 lbs but i could not finish using 25lbs thats to much weight for me and my body was starting to get out of form. Ab ripper I took a few breaks I didnt do as many as I would have liked to, but I worked on building up my form. When ab ripper is done i grabed a recovery drink just 1 scoop to take of the edge. My arms are very spongee again tonight after lifting all that weight so many times extremly in the inner parts of my arms were the joint bends behind the elbow. Thats cause I was pumping it out (X) style !!!! Be well see you all later

Today I am taking off/Rest day. It’s back to P90X tomorrow!
