Tom – can you share a few days worth of your meals and calories with me? I have a friend starting P90X and I can’t find my nutrition book – I have shared my DVDS with him to get started. He is a male – 56 and 240 lbs….not sure how much he should be eating in calories or broken down to carbs/protein and fat. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Jo Ann in Minnesota
PS (I completed P90X in 2 rounds and was able to compete in my first bodybuilding comp) – best of continued success in this program…IT ROCKS!
Tom, keep up the good work. Got a question. I am about to start P90X, and when calculating my weight etc… I am trying to figure out what level I am supposed to eat in. Do I go off my current weight or my goal weight when figuring out which level to start the nutrition plan? Thanks.
Hey Jo, you should really make a copy of the nutrition guide for him. If you want a couple days worth of meals for an idea of what to eat, just check out any of my blogs posts. I usually break down what I eat each day.
David,
I think you want to be going after your current weight to figure out where you stand in the p90x nutrition plan.
