My breakfast this morning was Granola with a glass of milk. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink, I have been doing all my A.M snack’s Recovery drinks as posted in the nutrition guide!!!!! My lunch was mixed vegatables, sweet potato, chicken, a glass of water. My P.M. snack was P90X protein bar. The past couple of days are going a little bit, we are getting work for the morning parts but still dropping right down in the afternoon’s It sucks no work no pay atleast in the flat rate world.  My dinner tonight was a lean cusein chicken wrap with apple juice. Tonight before my workout my family and I watched a Nightmare before christmas,the kids fell asleep, my wife and I finshed it up then I started up my P90X. All my black band excercises were all 12 times each if not more, I;m pushing myself to the maximum. 25lbs dumbbells on lawnmowers, twenty-ones, 1 arm across body curls, elbow out lawnmowers, standard bicep curls. My one arm concentration curls are still a bit loose, I fell my arm get real sloppy for this excersises I barely even got in 8 of these tonight. All my others tonight went very well namely the curling and my band pullups. I max’d with the black band during max pullups completing 20 tonight. My superman is getting much better if you follow the workout and watch how they are doing this its actually atleast for me a great wonderful stretch. To finish it of my strip set curls I did 25lbs/  then 10lbs        25lbs/     then10lbs  for my final excercise. By this time as noted before by me when you get to this your arms are smoked as much as you can feel now. It will mean great results later so dont worry about the burn it will pass as long as your form is good and your not jerking your body, thats just setting yourself for a No No. Abripper was tough I took off the night before and that should have been ab ripper night, so I pushed it back a night by taking off the night before. AFter a few moments my body got warm and Iblew out the rest of em. I am pleased to say going with the heavier bands were a fantastic choice I am doing less reps than the past phase’s but my weight is more, I also try to push to use my 25lbs dumbells but later on in the last few minutes but during the strip sets 25 just to much to blow out 25   25     25    25lbs so by then I choose 10 lbs  a much safer and smarter choice for me.

My breakfast toay was 3 whole wheat waffles with a glass of milk and a banana. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink.My morning at work went well I was busy all morning long. My lunch was a lean cuisine flatbread melt chicken philly, 330 calories 70 fat calories a glass of water and a apple. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. My afternoon was OK I had a good job front sway bar end links, bushings, nuts, front brakes, pads and rotors oil change and rotation, inspection. So that was a good ticket to have I made good hours today. Mt dinner tonight was an italian meatloaf broccli, and whole wheat vread with smart balance butter, and glass of milk. My workout tonight went great, I really worked on getting down for my lunges. I held my hysimes during the singles and doubles. I did very well on my rocksatr jumps, I played that guitar got my legs to kick myself in the butt. My jumps were great i really felt this workout tonight. I actually got a cramp during the X jacks so I had to slow down for a few minutes which is starngle to get a cramp. I waited almost 2 hours before I started my workout. After my cramp went away I got back into it and finished up strong. Tonight my family and I also carved our pumpkins so that was pretty fun, the pumpkins turned out great there really cool. 2 more days till halloween, we get to take the kids out for trick or treating.

Hello my breakfast this morning was oatmeal with apples, bananas, raisens with a glass of milk. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. My lunch was a turkey burger on a whole wheat bread with salad greens on the burger and i ate the rest of the salad greens i had packed in a zip lock so it doen’t go to waste. My P.M snack was almonds and a cheese stick. My work is still slow we have work to keep us busy during the morning rush then we dye right out it stinks no work means no money. Dinner tonight was a steak, mashed potatoes, and peas with a large glass of milk. My wife and I did homework with the kids after dinner. Both kids got a movie tonight at bed time cause they went to bed a few minutes earlier than usual. That way they don’t loose out on well needed sleep (school night) don’t wake up cranky.    My workout tonight really worked my arms again even after a day off I think the other day for kempo I may have banged my joints a little bit during the punches. I’ll be ok though. I’m P90X ready .  Tonight’s workout went extremely well, I did great. My angled pushups were good. The fly angle pushups were good for me to. In recent weeks my triceps are starting to form theres actually something there as of before I started you couldn’t reaaly see triceps in my arm. Abripper X was a finisher for me I was drained after tonights workout. My ab’s are feeling pooped after heels to heavens. The burn tingles you get from this means your Bringing-it!!! This is a good start for this week to have the change up in the workout. 3 weeks to go…  P90X!!!

My breakfast this morning was Oatmeal with apples and banana’s a glass of milk and a black coffee with some Markers Mark whiskey to juice it a bit!!!!. My A.M. snack was a recovery drink. My lunch was Salad with low fat ranch dressing and some water. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. For dinner tonight I had more salad with ziti noddles and sauce the suace had in it mushrooms,peppers, tomatos. I had a Samuel Adams with dinner. Tonight I lead a group of friends through P90X Kempo X. I was the group leader. I went around checking everyones form, and instructed all to stay in the X of the moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The group P90X went very well we all were BRINGING IT all the way Power Packteeeee punch!!!!!!  This was a fantastic way to workout with friends and have a great time along with getting some excercise. Today it rained all day so we were all stuck inside the house today playing Pool, Darts, Fooseball, and PS3 Rock Band.  The way I lead the group and brought us to a factory celebration really kicked butt!!!!!!!!!I could see myself leading a group of P90Xer’s again some day when we all get together again. This weekend was sucess, it ruled the roost house were are staying in a very very nice cabin. I am still on a retreat doing my P90X, thats what you call doing the best and forgetting about the rest.  This is the first week finished in my P90X Phase 3 of my 90 days  3 WEEKS LEFT UNTIL MY VICTORY WAR P90X DANCE I HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE ILL BE THERE FOR SURE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This morning I had 3 whole wheat pancakes with syrup a glass of milk with a coffee. I stayed home today. My son is still sick and he can’t go to school like that. So I have stayed home to be with him. We just hug around the house, we played star wars action figures for a little while, we watched cartoons. He took a nap today also he needs it he’s not feeling well at all I’m glad I stayed behind today to be with him I don’t like it when my family members are sick It stinks. Its much better to be there to help out the ones that need you the most. My A.M snack was a recovery drink. For lunch I made my son and myself some scrambled eggs, bacon and toast. A breakfast lunch we enjoyed our meal together. My P.M. snack was a P90X protein bar. Dinner tonight was BBQ chicken, baked beans grilled vegetable pasta salad. Was a great meal. After dinner we brought my son to Grandpa’s house so he can spend the weekend there. He has all of his medicine and, now that he has been on it for 24 hrs his coughing has gone down slightly. He loves going to Grandpa’s he has a huge screen T.V plus the pleasure of just going to see his grandpa. Which is always nice. My wife and I headed up to Schroon lake to spend a night at a retreat. To get some time with eachother and friends. I did my workout there tonight. My wife and I with some company joined in with us as well. I used the 50 lbs black band for my workout. We did not get up here till almost 9:00 so we worked out pretty late. I did a great job working out tonight I did not struggle with any of it. I’m to the point in this program were I’m just doing this with much dedication. I going for major results here people MAJOR I tell you!!!!!!! It’s nice to have some company to workout with me again thats always a good time. My new video coming out soon will show you some cool shots of us doing the P90x. Remember you can still take your stuff with you, and workout wherever you go. After that my friends and I played rock band for the PS3 that was a blast. Tonight I had a Makers Mark whisky and a few Saranac’s so I’m starting to get a little wobbly eyed so i better go before I start typing like this @%$#*&^%)(! LOL see you all later.
