Holy Smokes this workout tonight was another bruttle 1. My moring breakfast was oatmeal with a glass of milk ,and some raisins. For my snack I had a Recovery drink, and for lunch I had a turkey sub with trimings. My day at work was horrible I worked on the same problem vehicle for just about the whole day. Didn’t make many hours today thats for sure :<(, my afternoon snack was low fat cheese and crackers. I came home after work and mowed the yard. For dinner tonight was turkey helper with green beans, I had a beer with dinner I needed it after today getting out of work. My workout tonight was a tuff one for me. I used my 25 lbs dumb bells on some excercises. I did use the bands for 1 of my excercises, but felt I was not doing them properly so I switched to the 25lbs ones. I also used my 10 lbs bells for a few of the harder ones. In the program only grab what you can do and feel comfortable doing apply yourself to BRING -IT. All of my 25lbs were an even 8 -10 a piece didnt want to go overboard with those 25lbs is alot for me anyways. The one handed pushups for get it I had to go to my knees when those came up I had already been working hard and my arms were already sore during the first 15 minutes of the workout. I do like the slow motion pushups though they are great for practicing your breathing. All in all this workout was very energy boosting for me week 4 didnt seem to be this hard looks like this weeks going to pick it up a notch or 2. Abripper was indeed needed for me also week 4 there was no ab ripper for me so getting back into it tonight was good. I did very well tonight I did Bring-it and my arms are felling it. Good night…

Hi all last night was a good night, we had the bonfire at my friends house. Party time I would say!!!! Good thing my wife drove home after we left we went through a police check. Not that I would have driven anyways cause that would be stupid. This morning for breakfast I had 3 whole wheat pancakes with syrup, a glass of milk with 1 scoop of protein powder, and a coffie. After breakfast my wife and I played World of warcraft for a few, and my son got on the Wii. He was playing lego star wars it was a game morning for us. My snack was a P90X protein bar, and for lunch I had a ceaser salad with chicken, and a diet coke. My afternoon snack was one and a half pieces of cheese string. My family and I after that took a 4 mile walk of the Saratoga Battle Field that was a great walk and nice to get outside for some fresh air. For dinner I had a cup of chicken noddle soup, lasagna, and a hard roll with water. My workout tonight was the same for me as far a the reaching goes I still have yet to master these holds. I still have to grab ahold of my calf, or ankle during these moves. I bring my foot way back to get max height for the leg raises before you go up into stance for warriors. My body always feels loose after doing YOGA X so thats a good thing cause I know it is working all my body. I can really feel it in my calfs and the backs of my legs during downward dog. Just the burning from the back of my legs is a feeling of its own. I did alot of walking today so my legs really are sore right now even after an hour or so has gone by since I fininshed yp for the night. I focused on straightning my arms legs , and body. I still used my YOGA BLOCK during the excercise cause there is no point in doing the reach if you are not comfortable doing it. Do what you can, do your best. Thats what I’ve been doing O__O……… This concludes my 1 month of P()X my family, friends, and followers have supported me >>>> so thanks to all. Also I have lost 7 lbs total this month, my body, health, fitness, and STAMINA !!! are all much better than it wqs 1 month ago. I’m eating right still living it up and doing MY P90X!!!!!!!!!!!! BRING —-IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much all of you see you all for month 2 I’m looking foward to it.

Great weekend to all of you out there that are following this…… My breakfast this morning was a scrambler, a glass of juice, and my coffie. I had to work today only till 1:00, today we only work a half day. For my A.M. snack I had a RECOVERY DRINK!!!!!! My lunch was a steak wrap with spinach, carrot, and low fat dressing. My workout today was very challenging for me. I really need to get my core work down. When you listen to your program he will tell you that there are certain angles you need to be at. The closer you are following it, the closer you will be to mastering these excercises. I feel so good in my middle body section after doing this workout. I feel as if my body this past month has now gotten firmer, my body is running on all 8 cylinders!!!. I’m getting these moves down and I am climbing the mountain of my 90 DAYS. Some highlights to tonights workout are as follows. My streching out to get to full lenght in motion in all these reps is a must, I have been keeping great track on myself performance as I go through these. I am bring it. Drinking my water and breathing and all aorund havinf fun. This was a fantastic idea for me to get into the P90X I feel some much more full of energy. I am dieting properly by following my nutrition guide, I eat my snacks on time to allow my body to get what it needs before my workouts. You don’t want to run on anything less than 8 cylinders for P90X. For me I’m heading out with my family, to a friends house for hot dogs over an open bonfire, a few cold ones. This morning I had a protein shake for my breakfast. Berries, 1/2 banana, protein powder, ice , and skim milk. My morning drive in was a good one, while i was driving in three deer were crossing the road. Don’t worry I did not hit them, I am a careful driver now that i’m older. Good thing I was drinking my coffie to keep a sharp eye out. Also my body is more alert lately with engauging myself in the P90X program. My morning at work was a slow drawn out day, not a whole lot going on there during the A.M rush. I did however finish six of my master tech’s. These are computer based monthly tests to keep your knowledge up in what is happening for the cars, trucks, and SUV’s. Plus tips and pointers—-> get it pointers<—— (O__O). I was behind six months, so during the slow time today I launched them and completed all past due tests. YES!!!!! Snacks for me today was a Recovery drink A.M Yogart P.M. Dinner was noodles and sauce with a salad, low fat dressing. For X stretch tonight I didnt really like all the stretching my body is not so flexible. It is hard for me to keep my legs straight without them buckling, or just hurting in the backs of my legs. The excercises in this X Stretch are needed though it will help you inprove your all around fitness and make those body parts really get loose. Allowing your body to do this you will feel it in all possible aspects you will feel the burning. Some parts i didnt want to get up off my mat but I did I kept goping all the way till the end. This is much more relaxed than the other days, this week for me is a new week with new plan of attack. Bring it Bring it. For me it seems like I wanted to do a double, but I am going to stick to the guide better safe then sorry. I don’t want to run dry and exhaust myself cause I plan on rolling into the end of the month here. I will be looking foward to the test that stands before me. Be well and have a great night.

Good evening. My morning started off i did not want to get out of bed my body felt drained. I got up anyway can’t be late for work now can we. Do what you want to I have a job to get to at 7:59 sharp LOL. My breakfast today was a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter, a glass of milk and a half cup of strawberries. My morning snack was the P90X protein bar which once agin they rule if you are going to do the P90X i suggest you buy a few boxes of them your going to need them. My lunch was a salad, also i had just a plain turkey sandwich on a whole wheat bread roll. I don’t eat tunafish so i paased on the tuna sorry folks i cant eat it it stinks. My afternoon snack was 1 cheese stick only. It was horrible I burnt my bag of popcorn for my snack so i missed out on my full snack. That sucked I was really looking forward for some popcorn. Plus it stunk up the shop it was smoking and black when I took it out of the microwave. For dinner My family and I had a turkey roast, squash, and a whole wheat roll I slapped some butter onto it for some flavor. My workout tonight was just O.K. for me I was not moving very fast tonight, not kicking all that high. My body was still feeling the burning from last nights workout. After about 30 minutes I snapped out of it and gave it a goooooooooooo I cleaned up my forms and brought it. Did very well on all my blocks nice clean form. Modified some of the knee to back kicks again by not setting my foot to the ground, just bring it straight back. I threw a few extra punches also during the punch series. My X jumps I doubled up on those even when the group finished I kept going. Durning the cool down and streching I try to get the best form possible as I am not all that a flexible person I still have trouble keeping my legs straight. My hosre stance is improving though when you get down as low as you can go, you can really feel it in your legs. So if it burns breath and get even lower (O__O) Be well have a fantastic night.

Hi every1 my breakfast this morning was a glass of orange juice and a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter. Nice breakfast*** plus i had my coffie. Work today was fast I had to work all over the shop today, cause there were vehicles down all over the shop making it hard to just work out of my bay. My snack was my P90X recovery drink, and for lunch my wife and I went to Panera bread. I had a turkey sandwich on whole grain bread, a cup of soup, and a diet coke. I havent had a soda in weeks, but it was nice to tip 1 back. For dinner we had chicken with stuffing and collard greens. After dinner my family and I watched Speed Racer and had some popcorn. Onto the workout (Core Synergistics) was actually hard for me tonight. I took my time with this one cause I am new, this was my first time doing this excercise. I used 10 lbs weights for tonights workout when needed thoughout the excercises. They worked out very well for me and it was just enough weight to feel a nice burn. The banana to supermans were hard for me to keep my body to keep switching back and forth. I did well on the lunge, back wieght, straighten, curl, press, then back down. that was a real workout i was felling it in my body after I got done with that one. The run in place while you bring the weights in and out were also left a burning feeling in my arms. How about the pushups when you bring in both knees, pushup again, stand back up, and then keep going for the next set . I know all of you can feel that one. The workout left me drained but as this is my first time I did my best and will move forward… Later everyone !!!
