Wendy,

Yes I do Use the P90X recovery drink and it tastes really good surprisingly. I'm sure if you've ever had it but it tastes a lot like the orange flavored drink "Tang", it's good stuff

for all the ingredients go here:

Great video! Youre videos always crack me up. Thanks for the shoutout!

Im still on my program. Missed two days last weekend, though. I live in Houston and we can spanked by the hurricane. We made it through fine, but we are going on day 8 without power and it may not be up for another 2 weeks. Had some severe powerline collapses in my neighboorhood. But my buddy whos doin it with me is letting me workout at his house since he got power back a couple days after the storm. Im excited to be going into phase 2 and especially excited for phase 2 nutrtition. Hello carbs! lol, i've missed carbs as im sure most people do.

Keep brining it, youre doing an awesome job! We get to weigh, take pictuers, and measure tomorrow. Im pumped, I cant wait to see where im at after 30 days. Have a good rest of the weekend, and bring it in week 5, I know you will!

Looks like you are doing well! I just finished up day 12(Legs and Back). I have already been able to move up my pull ups by 1 on a few excercises. After I finish I usually do a few with the chair also. The one leg wall sqauts are very difficult but since they are in 10 second increments they are manageable. I liked that you included a nutrition part in the video this week. I even went out and bought some almonds.... I usually start my day off with a vanilla protein shake a bowl of cheerios w/ 2% milk and 2 boiled eggs. I also have a Vanilla protein shake around lunch and a chocolate Recovery Drink/Weight Gainer (At Large Nutrition: Maximus) after my workout. I also only use whole grain bread. I eat a can of tuna as a snack once daily along w/ a handful of pecans. So with a little effort it becomes possible to eat 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat. Keep up the good work pal. Thanks for the shout out...I'll let you know how I am progressing or check it out at TheDailyPlate.com (I know it sounds like I am promoting this site alot, however I am not real computer friendly and have seen lots of progress and more than a few pounds shed due to me keeping up with what i eat for around 4-5 months now on the site). There is a P90X group on it with more of the "X-Factor" Hope to hear from you soon.

Tom, good job on the video. Enjoyed watching it. I may try the shake one of these days. So far, it has not sounded that good.
This week was really rough, felt like I was running out of steam. It took all week to get somewhat pain free from the chest and back work out. The pull ups are still hard for me. Surprisingly after goofing off all day and finally getting Kenpo started, I seemed to have gotten a second wind.
I have been sticking to the diet as well for the most part. Lost 5 lbs in the first week, no change this week. But I see where the training is starting to take effect and some muscles are trying to come out.
Once again, thanks for keeping me motivated. I'll be right on your trail.
