I&#039;m not a quitter myself, I&#039;m going all out and you WILL see my 90th day photo! Let me know how your next Yoga X day goes. You really have to get your mind right with Yoga X and stay focused to get through each of the moves. Stick with it and I look forward to hearing from you and keeping you motivated through my blog!!!!</description>

I just had to chime in about the yoga.  I tried it today and HATED it and was an ABSOLUTE failure at it.  But, I will keep trying and hopefully each week I will get better at it.  I am only on day 4, and the other 3 workouts, although very challenging, have been mostly doable if I exerted enough effort. I loved plyometrics!

I was glad that you wrote about not sleeping from soreness and that it is better on week 2.  I am looking forward to that! 

Thanks again for keeping us posted and we are encouraged by what you are doing. There are too many people on line who started and stopped for some reason. This really scared me. My husband reminded me that there are people who quit at anything in life, and I have never been one of those people, so why should this be different?  Thanks for blazing the trail....

You don&#039;t really use anything in Yoga X besides your yoga mat and blocks if you need them. For the other exercises that have you doing pull ups, I can&#039;t actually use the bar in my house. My door frames can&#039;t handle the bar so I use the Resistance Bands Upgrade Kit with the door attachment and combine that with my bands.
