   tom,
   I used to be a news photog, and it is better than many that are out there. nice use of sound fx,and nice graphics….tony head is funny. It makes it enjoyable to watch.
   i am doing power 90 right now and plan to do p90x around december……I just need to get into some serious shape, lol.

   I know this isn’t the right place to post, but i was wondering how you attach your door attachmant for the resistant bands. The instructions say to use a door hinge but in your videos i see you with the nylon belt wrapped over the top of the door instead of coming out of the hinge area. I’m just worried im lacking elevation when use bands for pull ups and if i could safely attach it higher on the door i would. thanks

   Hey Alex,

   Yeah I just sort of wing. I tie a big knot in the belt and shut that into my door and lock it. Then just shoot the band through the loop. I never really read the directions though hahahah. Works for me!

   Best video montage I’ve seen out there. I’m on day 15 (Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X). Karate Kid Kempo!! Awesome!! I’ll keep up with this blog and maybe get something of my own out there.

    hahaha.. i just bought this P90X off of QVC at 3 am this morning. I just stumbled across this.. Tom… funny as hell.. good to see that you can have fun with this. Thanks and keep it up!
