Alright guys, like I said, today is “off day”. I am going to take full advantage of it too! I have a concert to go tonight after work so I don’t have the proper amount of time to devote to my training. So I figured today could be my off day instead of Sunday. I plan on resting as much as possible (as much as possible at a concert anyways). My body needs it though. I can’t rememebr the last time I was sore for an entire week straight. But I will see you all back here again tomorrow for Day 6. These 90 days are gonna fly!







enjoy the concert!! I just got my p90x, but I am going to wait a month to start using it. Meanwhile I am going to hit the gym to make sure I improve my physical condition before starting with the program. I read a lot about the p90x online (including your blog) and I really think I need some work. Thanks for posting everyday, It is a lot of help for people like me who wants to start with the program.

That’s what I’m here for! I really hope my blog will not only get people into P90X, but also helps everyone else out there in the P90X community. Let me know when you decide to get started with P90X, and if you need any advice or feedback on anything.

well, i kind of took it off. did eliptical for 20. then some sit ups, and curls. Just had to do something.
OK, I have the 12 disks. How do I determine which disks to use on
Day ! and which disks to use on Day 2, etc. Do I use Disk 1 for the morning of the first day and Disk 2 for the afternoon of Day 1. Then use Disk 3 for the 2nd morning and Disk 4 for the afternnon of the 2nd Day, etc.

Hey – just want to you know, I stumbled across your website about a week beform buying the program. Im currently on Day 5 (rest) and check your site everyday for inspiration. I also watch your videos to get an idea of whats ahead for me. Your results are amazing and Im hoping for the same.
