is it really possible to get through the entire ab ripper X??? Today is my day three and i got through about half of it but then i can barely sit up.

		<description>Finished Day 3 today.  Did Shoulders/Arms this morning, but ran out of time for Abs, so I did them on my lunch break.  I think putting the break in there really helped me to do more of the Ab Ripper today.  Felt much better about how much I was able to do today vs Monday.  Yoga tomorrow has me scared.  I am not flexible at all.</description>

You seem to have the right enthusiasm for this kind of program. I have a much less effervescent character, but determined enough I guess. But I couldn&#039;t make it through yesterday (day 2) and today I can barely walk. The arm/back/chest/etc. exercises though killers don&#039;t leave me with this much pain. I&#039;m really dreading the leg day coming up ... and next week, will I be able to make it through that damn &quot;plyo&quot;?

Lastly, a real question (the above was a moan) ... do you think it&#039;s OK to take days off? I want to see my girlfriend on the weekends and I&#039;m not carrying weights around with me, or waste an hour of our catching up ;)

Just started p90x 3 days ago.. Man do I feel it. Also I try to get a morning 1 mile run then do p90x after work.. Im still sore but i feel alot better doing the ab workout 2day then the first day. I guess Since you know what to expect you can pace yourself through it. Dont get me wrong I far from how tony does his workout. But like he said no pain no gain. Also Ive been checking your website for each day and it keeps me going. Looking good man keep it up.</description>

Wifey and I are sore as hell. My shoulders are still hurting from day 1. I didnt think I would be able to do it today, but pushed through. After reading more of your posts and replies.
No pain no gain right.
Its alot different doing it in the evening.

The kids tried to join in but it was very distracting.
Your posts and everybodys responses really help me get through the thoughts of quiting thanks!</description>
