THE RETURN OF THE P90X!!!!!!

EVERYONE BRIAN DILLON IS BACK.

Let me first explain where I went…

As you may have gathered from my posts I am — scratch that — was a college student. Due to a complicated set of circumstances I decided to graduate early. This meant that I need to do a lot of extra work. Additionally, I started to date a beautiful girl from Brooklyn, and I started to drive down there from Rochester every other week or so. The combination between traveling having to buckle down on my studies and preparing to move took over all my time and attention. It became nearly impossible to consistently workout, take pictures, and blog.

I should have updated sooner, but I was so ashamed of my failure that I didn’t want to even show my face on the blog. I thought that nothing could derail me from doing the p90x perfectly for 90 days. Could I have let myself take two weeks off and get going again? Probably. Could I have modified the program to do it every other day? Certainly. But I want to do the program the way it was intended so everyone can see the results.

Now that things have settled down and I am out of school and living with my brother I have the time and ability to start up again without all the chaos in my life. I realize however, not to dismiss what I have already done. I think this blog shows that it is not an easy thing to complete a workout program for 90 days. To everyone else out there who has completed it, or is still bringing it, I give you lots of credit and respect. I have seen some people start blogs because of this one and some of those people are already done with their 90 days. Great Work! I am now ready to come join you.

I am going to start over the program again and learn from all my mistakes. I am going to focus more on nutrition this time around. That will be a big help to people to see what nutrition through the P90X looks like. I will also try to post videos that show what the program really looks like as well. Expect an even better blog! Here is a list of things to expect:

  • Better Photos The other photos relied too much on flash and washed out the contrast that would better show my muscle development.
  • Focus on Nutrition Last time I was a major slacker in the nutrition area. This time I will be more diligent with what I eat and share my experience of putting together a P90X meal plan.
  • Better Daily Photos I will take the standard 6 photos but show them all. As well as other close up shots to show the changes.
  • More Comments I will make a stronger effort to respond to all questions in the comment section about the program. Please ask!
  • Word Press Template I will help anyone to set up a blog similar to mine for their own p90x journey. I can help you get a domain name, install wordpress, design a header, and implement this template. Please contact me in the comments if you are interested!

I am really excited to get started again. I hope you all welcome me back, and help me bring it again! Thank you everyone for your support and concern in the comment sections, your words have meant a lot to me and is making me step up to bring it again, rather then quit forever. You all have inspired me!
