To be completely honest, I usually dog it a bit on P90X Plyometrics. I will end the move 5 seconds early. Often I skip gap jumps because I barely have the space for it in my room. However, today I substituted Plyo for when the P90X called for Kenpo. I did this because I feel like Plyo is harder and burns many more calories and also strengths your legs more, and is better for your heart. In this last month of the P90X I really need to lose a few more pounds to reveal all the great muscle I have been building, so I figured as much plyo the better. And today I really brought it on Plyo like never before. The key is focus on the exercise at hand and not to worry about how many moves are left. I just took it 30 seconds at a time and that allowed me to do everything with precision and I am sure get a better workout.
If you want to learn more about the P90X workout or want to start bringing it like me see the link below:

Hi Brian I had a thought maybe you can give me some advise on this one, a couple of people have said I should do the P90 for the first 90 days to get some pounds off and build strength and then the next 90 move to the P90x what do you think maybe through some of the connections you have made you can get some advise for me, I really want to get this going so I would greatly appreciate the help, thanks a lot for the time and effort!John
P90x stands for Power 90 EXTREME! so it was the follow up program to
Power 90. It is recommended that if you are not ready for p90x to do Power 90. I haven’t personally done it so i cant attest 100% to its effectiveness, but it is made by the same people and Tony Horton is your guide. I have also seen people in the power 90, p90x community who have started off with power 90 and seen great results.
So yeah, sure, do power 90 first and then after that you will be really ready to give p90x a go. It may also give you more confidence because the p90x can humble even those who consider them selves fit.
Hello,
Thanks for the blog. I’m looking at reviews as I am considering purchasing P90X.
And as far as I can see it looks like it works for you!

Hey Brian,
Thanks for sharing your experiences w/ P90x. On average, how long is each workout on the DVDs?

What happened to you?
I am on P90X Day 6, so I really appreciate this window into my future.
And by the way, I am kinda glad you’re not following the diet exactly. I’m doing my best to up my protein with more meat and whey protein drinks while lowering my carbs and just trying to eat healthy. You know, vegetables at lunch and dinner and all that.
Anyways, I keep flipping between your pics on Day 6 and Day 61 and you are WAY less doughy in the middle. Just take a look at the side pics! Your arms have clearly grown, especially the forearms. But the most surprising thing to me is your face. It looks way stronger, not to mention more confident. Not something I would have thought of, but there it is.
By the way, what I’d really like to see you do is post your measurements from Day 1 until now. Pics are one thing, but I want to see some numbers! Thanks.
Actually my cardio watch/computer rates Plyo at 500 Calories and Kempo at 650!!! I was suprised too since Plyo feel harder. I think it is harder but less aerobic, thus burns less calories but probably builds more lowere body muscle.
u suck at life man fallow the videos
I couldn’t understand some parts of this article s Day by Day review of P90X, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
