
I remember some people commenting that it is during week 8 that you really start to see significant results. I think that in the last few days I have really felt and noticed the difference in the photos, so that rule of thumb seems to be true. I think that I need to burn some more fat off my body to expose the muscles that I have been building. This is part of the reason why I did Plyometrics last night, because I feel it burns the most calories.
Additionally, I must say that my nutrition has not been the best during the weekends. I have let myself believe that since I am working out I can afford to eat certain things which I should not be. So this week I am going to get back on track and not indulge in desserts, and fatty snacks. Keep to the program.

good stuff brian. I personally bought the p90x and i am starting week 2 of phase 1, if u follow the diet they laid out for you, ull see the results, its the hardest part but its gotta be done.
The second recovery week is glorious, i just finished day 51.
I did cardio in the am and ab in the evening cause i wanted to sweat.
My diet this past weekend has been pretty crappy but hey you have to enjoy life sometimes.
Brian i haven’t had a chance to read all your days, are you just using the bands? If so i would suggest if you really want to see some results to get some free weights. Espically when it comes to your arms.
The bands are weak, this past month with the biceps training by the end of the workout i could barely hold the weights.
