P90X Review Day 48: Plyo kicks Kenpo’s Butt

Today I decide to do Plyometrics instead of Kenpo X. Plyometrics is really the ultimate of the P90X workouts. It is impressive if you can get through this one alive. I think the reason why its so hard is because you don’t set your own reps and weights, instead everyone has to bring it at the same level. Also, there is no real way to significantly modify the moves. I really felt like kicking my butt and getting a real good sweat going. You can tell just by the photos what days I do Plyometrics — my skin turns really flush red.

    I haven’t read anything here about the nutrition plan. Do you follow it and do you think it would make a big difference in my results if I used it?

    Fortunately it amuses as before…………….I’m trying to keep away from reading posts like this. It is totally meaningless. Ain’t it shame to post rubbish like this?
