I am proud to say that I need to go out and buy bigger dumbbells. For the shoulder moves I was doing more than 20 reps with the 20lbs. So I will probably at the very least get 25lbs, and possibly 30’s. The stronger you get the more you have to spend on weights.
Joel over at http://p90xworkoutprogram.blogspot.com/ started the P90X and felt the same way I did on the first day – completely whipped. Its fun now that I am past that initial stage and feeling more a part of the P90X club. The first few days can be a little overwhelming. But once you get momentum going you find yourself on day 17. However, I still have an extremely long time to go it seems. I am not even a 1/4th of the way done yet. I can’t even imagine how I will feel or what I will look like on day 45 let alone day 90. I’ll keep the photos coming and keep bringing it. Talk to you all tomorrow after Yoga X – easily my favorite workout.
If you want to learn more about the P90X workout or want to start bringing it like me see the link below:

Hey how did you get this blog? I kinda want to get one myself as I am starting up with P90x soon and would like to do the same thing as you. Did you have to pay?
This is a wordpress blog and I pay for hosting – extreme blogging. Your best best is to use blogger which is completely free. An example of a blogger blog is like the one at http://p90xworkoutprogram.blogspot.com It makes it really easy to make posts without knowing computer programming.
If you set up your blog be sure to tell me the link so I can send you visitors. Can’t wait to see you start P90Xing.
The first two weeks completely wiped me out but a couple days into Week 3 I found a new sense of energy. I do have to keep eating quite a bit or I run out of steam like you did a few days ago. I’m a little past halfway now and I’m really starting to like the results.
