The P90X arrived in the mail today! I opened with excitement and fear. This will be my first time doing any type of workout program — and it will be on the internet for all to see. I am not usually one for infomercial products, but this one seemed convincing and based on feedback from real people on the internet it seemed like a worthwhile investment. I got the P90X program from www.extremebodyworkout.com and it came in less than four days, which is good so I can started.
The P90X came with 12 DVDs, a workout guide, and a nutrition booklet. I was always confused about how the 12 DVDs worked together. It seems like they are set-up into three different programs: P90X Classic, P90X Doubles, and P90X Lean.
- P90X Classic
- P90X Doubles
- P90X Lean
The basic program
The most intense one that incorporates extra cardio. They explain it as the level of intensity that a pro-athlete uses to get ready for the playing season.
For people who don’t want to bulk up and have more cardio then resistance training.
